ACQUIN Accredited 2024: UIN Jakarta's Faculty of Psychology Enters a New Era of Global Education
The Faculty of Psychology at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta has achieved a remarkable achievement with the announcement that the faculty has successfully obtained international accreditation from ACQUIN (Accreditation, Certification, and Quality Assurance Institute), a globally recognized accreditation agency in Germany. When Robert Raback, coordinator of the ACQUIN Social Science Cluster team, made the official announcement of the accreditation results on Friday evening, December 14, 2024, the atmosphere in smart class room 108, Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta was filled with unstoppable joy. The faces full of emotion and pride were clearly visible among the deans, vice deans, heads and secretaries of study programs, laboratory heads, chairs and secretaries of the Quality Assurance Group (GJM), lecturers, and academic staff who attended the event. Some of them were even seen shedding tears, witnessing the results of hard work since two years ago which finally paid off with proud results.

Separately, Yunita Faela Nisa, Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, expressed her gratitude, thanks and pride for the achievements of the Faculty of Psychology. "This does not only belong to the Faculty of Psychology, but also to the entire academic community of UIN Jakarta. This achievement is the result of dedication, hard work, and endless commitment from all parties," she said, adding that hopefully the Faculty of Psychology will be more blessed and bring benefits to the people.
Other lecturers and academic staff also shared their feelings of emotion and appreciation for this achievement. Dr. Yufi Adriani, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, revealed that the journey towards this accreditation was full of challenges, but they continued to give their best. "We all work hard, support each other, and hope that the Faculty of Psychology can grow and make the best contribution to the world of education and society," she said with teary eyes.
