The Career and Education Fair 2024 was held at the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, on November 14, 2024, under the theme "Define Your Vision, Drive Your Mission." The event aimed to facilitate students in designing and directing their vision for a better future in career and education. With this theme, participants were expected to explore their potential and build clear plans to achieve their career and educational goals.

The event began in the morning with an orderly and efficient registration process in the faculty's theater area. The official opening by the MC at 9:00 AM was followed by a Qur'an recitation, adding a solemn touch to the event. Participants and guests also sang the national anthem, Indonesia Raya, the UIN Hymn, and the Psychology March, led by the event team. Warm and inspiring welcoming remarks were delivered by the Chief Organizer, Dera Komalasari, who emphasized the significance of this event as a platform for students to expand their networks and gain deeper insights into their career paths. This was followed by a speech from DEMA Chairperson Rifdah Kamila, highlighting students' roles as agents of change in preparing for the future. Dr. Yunita Faela Nisa, M.Psi., Psychologist and Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, also gave a speech reaffirming the faculty's full support for student potential development.

The Career Workshop, held from 9:50 to 10:30 AM, drew significant attention by featuring an expert in career development, Kak Amirul Muminin, M.Psi., Psychologist, an alumnus of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta and currently working at Bogasari. This workshop covered strategic topics, from tips on writing an engaging CV to effective job interview techniques. Participants showed great enthusiasm, asking insightful questions during the Q&A session, reflecting their keen interest in enhancing their skills.

The event continued from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM in the Faculty of Psychology Landmark area, featuring various company and organization booths, including Yayasan Edu Sahabat, AMINEF, and Ibunda: nose Herbal Indo, and Karambol Ice Cream by Tens Coffee. One of the event's highlights was the viral Karambol Ice Cream booth from Depok, which attracted visitors with its delicious offerings and created a fun and interactive atmosphere. Participants enjoyed a short break while exploring the other booths.

At the Career Expo, participants could interact directly with company representatives at the booths. Each booth provided diverse information on job vacancies, internship programs, scholarships, and self-development training. Students eagerly visited each booth to discuss and explore opportunities matching their interests. Active discussions and the enthusiasm of participants were evident along the exhibition corridors. The Career and Education Fair 2024 also featured networking sessions, enabling students to build potential professional connections. Many participants used this opportunity to exchange contacts and gather more in-depth information about participating companies.

Overall, the event was a tremendous success, offering students educational experiences and valuable opportunities. This event left a lasting impression and is expected to motivate participants to continue developing themselves to achieve their visions and missions for the future.
