In connection with the arrival of the month of Ramadan and Joint Leave for Eid al-Fitr 1446 H, without changing the substance of the Chancellor's Decree Number 1616 of 2024 concerning the Academic Calendar for Undergraduate Programs, Masters Programs, and Doctoral Programs for the 2024/2025 Academic Year and the Joint Decree of 3 Ministers Number: 1017 of 2024, Number 2 of 2024, and Number 2 of 2024 concerning National Holidays and Joint Leave in 2025, we hereby convey the following:

Lecture activities during the month of Ramadan starting from March 3, 2025 to March 21, 2025 are carried out online (except for the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Health Sciences) and schedule adjustments are reduced by 10 minutes per credit unit;

Lecture activities are suspended from March 24 to April 11, 2025;

Lectures will resume on April 14, 2025;

The technical scheduling of online lectures during the month of Ramadhan 1446 H is further regulated by the Faculty/Postgraduate School, including the Professional Program.
