South Tangerang, February 20, 2025 - Meeting of the Leadership, Professors and Lecturers of the Undergraduate (S1) and Masters (S2) Programs of the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in Room 108 in order to refresh the use of Microsoft 365 as a Workspace. This activity was guided by two young speakers, namely Mrs. Farhanah Murniarsih, M.Si and Mrs. Valendra Granitha Shandika Puri, M.A. The purpose of this training is to refresh and improve the skills of lecturers in utilizing various features and applications available in Microsoft 365 to support the learning process and academic administration (WorkSpace).

Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Dr. Yunita Faela Nisa, M.Psi., Psi. welcomed this activity, "This refreshment of the use of Microsoft 365 helps lecturers to further optimize their performance as well as a form of our concern for the development of technology that has been converted into preparation for online lectures that will come in the holy month of Ramadan according to the circular issued by the university," said Dr. Yunita. 

It should be noted that UIN Jakarta has switched from the Google platform to Microsoft 365 as an effort to increase productivity and collaboration in the campus environment. This step was taken considering Google's new policy that limits storage capacity for institutions, so Microsoft 365 was chosen as a more adequate alternative. In addition, Microsoft 365 offers various integrated applications, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and other Office applications, which can be accessed through various devices. 

With this refreshment activity, it is hoped that lecturers at the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Jakarta can more optimally utilize information technology, especially Microsoft 365, to improve the quality of learning and academic services to students.
