The Faculty of Psychology at Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN) Jakarta has prepared the 2024 Government Institution Performance Accountability Report (LAKIP) as a form of accountability for the implementation of its duties and functions over the fiscal year. This report has been compiled per the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 94 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Performance Agreements, Performance Reporting, and the Procedures for Reviewing Performance Reports within the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

The 2024 LAKIP of the Faculty of Psychology covers various aspects, including:

• Performance Achievement: Evaluation of the targets set in the faculty's strategic plan and the realization of those achievements throughout 2024.
• Budget Management: A report on budget allocation and realization, including the efficiency and effectiveness of fund usage in supporting academic and non-academic activities.
• Flagship Programs and Activities: A description of key programs carried out, such as the improvement of education quality, research, and community service.
• Challenges and Solutions: Identification of obstacles encountered during program implementation and the strategies adopted to overcome them.

The preparation of this LAKIP involved various stakeholders within the Faculty of Psychology, including lecturers, educational staff, and students, to ensure a comprehensive and accurate report. Through the 2024 LAKIP, it is expected that the Faculty of Psychology at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta will continue to improve its performance and the quality of its academic services in the future.
