  1. Developing the best knowledge and expertise in research-based psychology in Indonesia.
  2. Developing high-level psychological sciences based on a comprehensive understanding of the reality of problems in Indonesia.

Developing the integration of psychological sciences, especially areas of specialization such as educational psychology, industrial and organizational psychology and psychometrics with superior, competitive behavior, and productive and Islamic character, both in research and development and in the application of psychological science.

Program outcome

      After completing this Master of Psychology Study Program, students are expected to have:

  1. Knowledge: Ability to develop knowledge about psychology (especially educational psychology, industrial and organizational psychology, psychometrics), through research to produce innovative and tested work.
  2. Skills: Ability to solve problems in the field of psychology independently and / or in groups, creative and innovative with an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary approach in accordance with the principle of lifelong learning.
  3. Application: Ability to apply professionally (analysis, planning and development) professional expertise in psychology through the integration of Islamic values and Indonesianness.
  4. Research and Community Service: Ability to manage research and development in the Field of Study of psychology that benefits society and receives recognition National and International.

Psychology Laboratory

Laboratory  psychology aims to provide services to the academic community of the Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta consisting of lecturers and students in teaching activities, research, and community service. The psychology laboratory is headed by the Head of the Laboratory and assisted by Academic Mentors. The Laboratory also has an Academic Mentor program.  This program is attended by selected students who are assigned to assist in laboratory management and provide mentoring to other students regarding mastery of course material. The psychology laboratory is located on the 4th floor of the Faculty of Psychology UIN Jakarta.

Computer Laboratory

The Computer Psychology Laboratory is a facility dedicated to supporting research and experiments in psychology using computer technology and devices related soft. This lab provides a conducive environment for conducting various psychological experiments, data analysis, and human behavior studies with a computational approach. The Computer Psychology Laboratory provides internet connection and a projector for presentations and training. It then provides psychology research software, such as SPSS, Lisrel, and M-Plus, and other data analysis software.

Library

The library is the heart of the college which functions as a support for the movement and academic dynamics of the university. The library is in charge of providing, managing and distributing information for educational, research, and community service purposes. The Library of the Faculty of Psychology as a learning center continues to grow both in quality and quantity in order to provide excellent service. Until now, the library has a print and electronic collection of more than 5519 titles that stand from e-books, journals, theses, and miscellaneous. In addition, to meet information needs, the Psychology library provides computers equipped with cable and wi-fi internet services.
